Smart Moms Classified Advertising, Recruiting Service, and Direct Placements help organizations fill vacancies or create new support positions. On-going Engagements, and occasional help with Projects enables companies to efficiently undertake tasks that would otherwise wait.
Classified Ad: Your job listing on our Classified Ads Page places your ad in front of our database and numerous visitors to the website. Ads run for 30 days. A basic listing is $35 and you are able to enhance your ad for greater impact and visibility. Nominal fees will apply. Your ad is first distributed via email to the growing Smart Moms database, then placed on the classified page to be viewed by all visitors to the website. Interested candidates will contact you directly. As the employer, you will select, interview and screen applicants for the job. You will pay no additional fees to Smart Moms.
Recruiting Service: Employers who wish for Smart Moms to search its database of candidates to fill a position choose this option. Our recruiters collectively have eight years experience finding top candidates within a nich workforce. We will conduct the search, *screening and assessment of candidates and present qualified resumes and bios. This service will not exceed 10 hours.
Direct Placement: Smart Moms searches its database or recruits from outside, *screens, assess and recommends the most qualified candidates. We will not limit the search hours for this option.
On-going Engagement: When companies do not choose to employ candidates but wish to work with Smart Moms as their contractor, an on-going engagement meets the need. The job is a minimum of 20 hours per week on an on-going basis. The candidate is placed on our payroll, and all employment costs including workers compensation and liability insurance are covered by Smart Moms. You will pay a mark-up on the rate of pay.
Projects: Research, Data Entry or other short-term projects require a minimum of 30 hours total to complete. For projects requiring fewer than 30 hours, employers generally place an ad on our Classified Ads Page.
*Smart Moms screening includes a criminal background check, reference checks and often a skills test. We'll present only the best qualified candidates. You select the best fit for your job.
